Under Graduate Course (- BAMS -) Bachelor Of Ayurveda, Medicine And Surgery
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) is a professional degree in Ayurveda offered by Ayurveda schools in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and other South Asian countries. It is awarded after the study of five and a half years duration, including 1-year internship. A BAMS graduate is allowed to provide Ayurvedic treatment in India and Sri Lanka after registering oneself at the government-approved licencing body.

To be eligible for admission to a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program, you must meet the following criteria: • Pass Class 12 with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) , English • Pass the NEET-UG entrance exam with a minimum percentile as per category • Be at least 17 years old on or before December 31 of the year of admission NEET percentile requirements • General: 50th percentile • Unreserved – PH: 45th percentile • OBC: 40th percentile • SC & ST: 40th percentile Other BAMS admission details • You can also get admitted to BAMS colleges through the management quota without NEET examination scores. • BAMS is an undergraduate degree program that combines traditional Ayurvedic medicine with modern medical knowledge. • The course lasts 4.5 years plus 1-year internship. • Bangalore has one of the top BAMS Ayurvedic colleges in Karnataka
Participate in AQCCC / state counselling process.
The tuition fee is as recommended by FRC, Karnataka along with some minor as applicable other fees which will be published in the website as per the guidelines of apex bodies.
Of course, you may be eligible to get a scholarship with respect to various criteria defined by sponsoring authority at the level of state as well as center.
